Dr. Jeffrey Bloomberg and Dr. Katherine Bloomberg 
Both Dr. Jeff Bloomberg and  Dr. Katherine Bloomberg earned their Doctorates of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois in 2001.  In November 2007, the husband-wife team realized their dream of having a practice of their own after the retirement of Dr. Pearl.  They have brought a fresh and exciting vision for the future of our hospital and that vision has already taken fruition with updates to the facility, equipment, staff, and medical protocols. They have two sons (Ben and Drew), one dog (Mojo) and three cats (Maceo, Dahlia, and Lucy).    Dr. Katherine is a former shelter medicine veterinarian and both doctors contribute their time to assisting various orphaned pet organizations such as The Buddy Foundation, Second Chance Pet Adoption, Border Collie Rescue and the Boston Terrier Rescue.
